a picture of the Roots & Shoots group at the Nyankanga Primary School working on the fuel-saving stove project. (I'm not sure why they are all boys, but I think there are also girls working on the project.. Deus will you let me know?) the woman on the far right is a teacher at the school and the guy in the light blue shirt and pants closer to the center is Deus, the Roots & Shoots Regional Coordinator (and a great friend of mine, he enthusiastically showed me around Musoma the entire time I was there)

This is all about my experiences in Tanzania, East Afria. I'm here volunteering for an NGO called Roots & Shoots, sub-NGO of the Jane Goodall Institute. We work with youth on environmental and humanitarian hands-on community-based projects. Anyways.. enjoy!
